Camaron (shrimp) -
Fajitas Camaron - Grilled to order. A combination of roasted bell peppers, tomatoes and onions, sauteed with achiote sauce. Want it spicier? Just ask!
En Chipotle - Grilled shrimp sauteed in Felipe's chipotle sauce. Very spicy.
Machaca - Sautéed strips of pork, eggs, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and seasonings
Carne Deshebrada - Shredded beef simmered for hours with a touch of wine and Felipe's spices
Fajitas Asada - Combination of strips of steak, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions grilled to order
Fajitas Pollo - Combination of chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions grilled to order
Picadillo - Ground beef simmered with diced tomatoes and onions and lightly seasoned
Vegetariano - A combination of grilled vegetables and lightly seasoned
